What you will do

• Support transaction execution, includhirify.global project management and process control.
• Develop financial models, valuation, and financial analyses for advisory projects.
• Draft transaction documents such as bid letters and information memorandums.
• Coordinate data room processes and manage Q&A logistics.
• Liaise with client representatives to gather information and obtain internal sign-offs.

Requirements

• Degree holder from a reputable university.
• 1-3 years of experience in corporate finance or related financial services.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modelhirify.global and analysis.
• Highly proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and word processhirify.global applications.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines.
