What you will do

• Perform system installation, calibration, retrofit, and troubleshooting of test equipment.
• Take full ownership of customer production problems until they are completely resolved.
• Develop and implement support plans in conjunction with cross-functional groups to reduce downtime and maintenance costs.
• Collaborate with internal technical resources to deliver on company commitments to the customer.
• Transfer application knowledge from the specifier team to the production support team during the release phase.
• Provide technical expertise in hardware and software to manage application and production issues.

Requirements

• Degree in electronics engineering or a related field.
• Experience working with customers in the semiconductor test area.
• Ability to work under high pressure and handle constant requirement changes.
• Location: Must be based in Jubei City, Taiwan.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with ATE (Automatic Test Equipment).
• Fluency in English.
• Experience in handler/prober hardware docking integration.
• Understanding of Silicon photonics, CPO (Co-Packaged Optics), and PIC measurement.
