What you will do

• Define and execute the multi-year vision and roadmap for the Finance technology stack, including ERP, procure-to-pay, and revenue systems.
• Lead and grow a high-performing team of application owners, business systems analysts, and integration specialists.
• Drive AI-native transformation by identifying and implementing high-value AI use cases across core Finance workflows.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and FP&A leadership to design and optimize end-to-end financial processes.
• Own SOX ITGC design, implementation, and audit readiness to ensure compliance and operational reliability.
• Manage the Finance systems portfolio budget, vendor relationships, and cross-functional technical strategy.

Requirements

• 15+ years in enterprise or business systems with significant ownership of Finance technology in a tech or SaaS environment.
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing teams responsible for order-to-cash, record-to-report, and procure-to-pay systems.
• Deep, practical SOX ITGC experience and a proven track record of working with internal and external auditors.
• Fluency in ERP architecture (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle) and integration patterns within a modern tech stack.
• Demonstrated experience building or scaling AI and automation in Finance workflows.
• Ability to translate complex business strategy into clear technical decisions for executive stakeholders.
