What you will do

• Identify and develop candidates for high-level executive search projects.
• Manage the end-to-end search process in collaboration with consultants and research teams.
• Conduct market intelligence research to support business development initiatives.
• Prepare high-quality presentations and documentation for client engagements.
• Lead and complete commercial transactions by identifying opportunities and negotiating terms.
• Support the growth of the EMEA Global Consumer Markets practice.

Requirements

• Must be based in Paris or willing to work from the Paris office.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent required.
• Proven ability to lead and complete commercial transactions.
• Strong background in candidate identification and executive search processes.
• Professional proficiency in English.
