Product Designer (Medtech)

What you will do

• Design participant and researcher-facing surfaces including Patient Registry and eCRF for clinician entry.
• Create accessible and compliant eConsent flows and audit-trail interactions following WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
• Develop first-class capture experiences for multimodal data, including sound, images, and video.
• Translate clinical standards (CDASH, ePRO) and SDOH frameworks into intuitive UI patterns.
• Conduct discovery interviews, usability tests, and concept evaluations with participants and investigators.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA to ship a scalable design system.

Requirements

• 2+ years of design craft experience focusing on discovery, prototyping in Figma, and design systems.
• 2+ years of product/UX design experience in B2B SaaS, two-sided platforms, or regulated digital health.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Berlin/Potsdam office.
• Demonstrated proficiency in accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) and user research methods.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with EDC, ePRO/eCOA, eConsent, or sensor-based study platforms.
• Working understanding of HIPAA and GDPR as they apply to clinical trials.
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
