What you will do

• Lead card-based risk and fraud prevention activities, including writing and optimizing fraud rules.
• Monitor financial activities and identify suspicious patterns to prevent fraudulent card transactions.
• Educate internal and external stakeholders on card fraud management best practices and tool usage.
• Evaluate and enhance detection tools and processes to reduce overall fraud losses.
• Analyze risk metrics and summarize stakeholder performance for executives and partners.
• Research industry trends to identify and implement new best practices in fraud prevention.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in card product management, processing, or risk management (or 6 years with an advanced degree).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, CS, or a related field.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. is required; the company is unable to sponsor visas.
• Fluent written and oral communication in English.
• Experience with card risk management systems, specifically Visa and Visa DPS (highly preferred).
• Proven track record of managing fraud on card programs at scale.
