What you will do

• Execute analysis and make final risk decisions across Identity Verification (IDV), Initial Underwriting (IUW), Fraud, and Chargeback domains.
• Perform thorough KYC and KYB due diligence to verify the identity and legitimacy of customers and businesses.
• Analyze financial patterns and transaction data to identify and investigate potential fraud, financial, and compliance risks.
• Manage direct customer interactions via phone and email to resolve complex risk-related issues and de-escalate sensitive situations.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to optimize risk controls and improve operational technology efficiency.
• Maintain meticulous records of investigations and decisions for audit and regulatory compliance purposes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Risk Management or Financial Operations (fraud investigation, underwriting, compliance).
• Demonstrated expertise in KYC and KYB due diligence procedures.
• Strong analytical thinking, critical reasoning, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work Saturdays and some holidays.
• Proficiency with G-Suite and strong internet research skills.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, risk management, accounting, or a related field is a plus.
