TL;DR

Corporate Account Manager (Cybersecurity): Managing regional customers in the Benelux region to ensure success and adoption of next-generation endpoint technology with an accent on full sales cycle management and customer advocacy. Focus on driving upsell/cross-sell opportunities, managing the contract renewal cycle, and executing account growth strategies.

Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain (requires 1 to 2 days in the office per week)

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure customers receive maximum value.
  • Manage the end-to-end contract renewal cycle, including negotiation and contract changes, to ensure ARR growth.
  • Identify whitespace in accounts and create value-based presentations to promote upgrades and cross-sells.
  • Devise and execute account strategies and plans to maximize growth within the customer base.
  • Act as a customer advocate, driving relationships with key stakeholders and creating new champions.
  • Deliver customer feedback to the Product Management team for new feature requests and enhancements.

Requirements

  • Full sales cycle experience in account management or net new logo sales targeting technical audiences (IT, security, engineers).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in an individually focused, metric-carrying role.
  • Understanding of sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC and Sandler.
  • Written and spoken fluency in Dutch and English.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to handle client objections and negotiations.
  • Must be based in Barcelona, Spain.
