What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain internal web applications, APIs, and data pipelines used by Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.
• Develop and optimize AI-powered workflows and agents to automate repetitive operational tasks.
• Own features end-to-end from initial design and requirements gathering through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
• Contribute to the architectural evolution of internal platforms to ensure scalability and observability as usage grows.
• Participate in on-call rotations and manage the operational health of production code.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and operational stakeholders to translate real-world problems into pragmatic software.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience building full-stack or backend-heavy SaaS products, platforms, or internal tools at scale.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency in modern web architecture, including backend services, data pipelines, or integrations.
• AI-forward approach: comfortable using LLMs and AI coding assistants (e.g., Copilot, Cursor) to accelerate development.
• Experience with operational excellence, including debugging in production and working within SLOs.
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience building internal tools or automations for developers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Practical experience building AI-powered systems, such as RAG pipelines or agentic workflows using LLM APIs.
• Familiarity with AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes for designing reliable services at scale.
