What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of pricing and revenue management strategies across channels and customer groups.
• Establish and manage pricing frameworks and commercial guardrails to balance growth and margin delivery.
• Own Gross-to-Net performance and optimize trade promotion and customer investment frameworks to maximize ROI.
• Partner with Sales Leadership, Finance, Marketing, and Channel teams to align pricing with portfolio priorities.
• Analyze pricing, promotion, and channel performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Strengthen pricing governance and drive continuous improvement in revenue management tools and analytical capabilities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in revenue management, pricing leadership, or commercial finance.
• Strong expertise in managing Gross-to-Net performance and trade investments.
• Ability to leverage market intelligence and customer data for strategic recommendations.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional leadership in a dynamic market.
• Must be based in Shanghai, China.
