What you will do

• Drive plant-level financial performance and cost control initiatives.
• Analyze manufacturing costs including materials, labor, and overhead.
• Support comprehensive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis cycles.
• Monitor key manufacturing KPIs such as OEE, yield, scrap, and cycle time.
• Validate SAP costing, routings, and master data integrity.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize operational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in finance with significant manufacturing exposure.
• Proven expertise in planning, budgeting, and cost control.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, CIMA, ACA, or MBA.
• Hands-on experience with SAP costing or production modules.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
