What you will do

• Lead group financial consolidation across 4 markets and 10+ regional entities.
• Manage financial reporting, including monthly reviews, quarterly earnings, and KPI dashboards.
• Prepare annual financial plans and continuous rolling forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
• Serve as a primary financial advisor to business units, directing cost analysis and forecasting frameworks.
• Lead and mentor a team of two financial analysts to foster professional growth and high-quality output.
• Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives and implement financial planning system innovations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, or Corporate Development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in financial systems, reporting tools, and data visualization software.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and act as a strategic business partner.
