What you will do
- Assess existing technology landscapes supporting aftersales and servicing operations.
- Analyze application portfolios including ERP, CRM, OMS, and legacy platforms.
- Document end-to-end system interactions and map integrations, APIs, and data flows.
- Evaluate architecture maturity and identify technical debt or modernization opportunities.
- Define future-state target architectures and platform strategies for global aftersales capabilities.
- Facilitate architecture workshops and present recommendations to executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- Must be based in the province of Québec
- English: C1+ required for collaboration with international teams
- Proven experience as an Enterprise, Solution, or Technical Architect in complex environments.
- Deep expertise in aftersales, warranty management, or service-oriented business domains.
- Strong technical knowledge of APIs, integration patterns, middleware, and data modeling.
- Ability to work within EST business hours.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Dynamics 365, or SAP Service Management.
- Knowledge of MACH, composable architectures, and cloud-native patterns.
- Previous consulting experience leading discovery and assessment engagements.
- Experience in luxury retail, automotive, or manufacturing industries.
