Location: Petaluma, CA or Remote (Must be based in the USA)
Salary: $169,100 - $270,100 USD

What you will do
- Own end-to-end consultative engagements, including discovery, architecture advocacy, and value articulation.
- Lead strategic trials and translate outcomes into collateral to drive product adoption.
- Act as a DCOM Design Partner to define gaps and improve performance of existing solutions.
- Influence portfolio strategy through competitive insights and participation in industry standards.
- Mentor Technical Support Engineers (TSEs) and collaborate with Solution Architects.
- Incubate new products and solutions targeted at large market opportunities.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience with a proven record of influencing strategic customer decisions.
- Broad multi-domain networking expertise, specifically deep proficiency in routing and switching.
- Must be based in the USA (eligible for 401k and US benefits).
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills with executive presence.
- Ability to connect complex technical capabilities to business outcomes and ROI.
- Bachelor’s degree in EE, CS, E&C, or equivalent.
