Senior Engineer, Data Solutions Engineering (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Sustain day-to-day operations and operational readiness of the Silicon.da enterprise test data analytics platform.
• Monitor, investigate, and resolve data-loading failures, discrepancies, and quality issues across wafer, bump, wafer sort, assembly, final test, and system-level test stages.
• Provide primary support for data issues and platform usage questions submitted through ServiceNow and Slack.
• Coordinate with OSATs, foundries, internal IT teams, and external vendors to resolve data-flow and integration issues.
• Track sustainment issues, perform gap analysis, drive issues to closure, and provide status and risk updates to engineering and management stakeholders.
• Support user onboarding, training, knowledge sharing, maintenance communications, and sustainment documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, test, or data platforms in a semiconductor or high-tech environment.
• Hands-on experience with test data, production data pipelines, or data quality management.
• Ability to debug complex data issues and coordinate resolution across organizational and company boundaries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with global stakeholders.
• Experience with OptimalPlus, SiliconDash, Silicon.da, or similar enterprise analytics platforms, plus familiarity with support ticket management models and production work with OSATs, foundries, or external vendors.
