Senior Analyst, Commercial Sales & Operations (Power BI)

What you will do

• Own the Power BI architecture, standards, governance, and roadmap for the Commercial organization.
• Design scalable analytics solutions, dashboards, semantic models, reporting frameworks, and data products for global self-service analytics.
• Partner with Commercial Operations, Sales, Finance, IT, and Data Engineering to optimize data architecture for analytics, reporting, and AI readiness.
• Translate commercial objectives into KPIs, metrics, dashboards, forecasting tools, and executive decision support.
• Establish practices for data modeling, performance optimization, security, quality, and report development.
• Lead AI-enabled analytics and automation, mentor analysts, and promote analytical excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Expert-level Power BI experience including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, semantic models, governance, and performance optimization.
• Deep knowledge of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, enterprise data architecture, and modern BI platforms.
• Experience building enterprise analytics ecosystems supporting governance, self-service reporting, and AI-enabled insights.
• Strong understanding of commercial and sales performance metrics, forecasting, pipeline management, revenue analytics, and executive reporting.
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams, translate requirements into scalable analytics solutions, and convert complex data into actionable insights with measurable results.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Architecture, or related disciplines, including 5+ years of advanced Power BI development in enterprise environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductors, high-tech manufacturing, sales operations, partner programs, or commercial operations.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, Power Query, SQL, workflow automation, or process improvement methods.
• Experience supporting partner onboarding, incentive programs, contract tracking, or cross-functional business operations.
