What you will do
- Own the Power BI architecture, standards, governance, and roadmap for the Commercial organization.
- Design scalable dashboards, analytics solutions, data products, semantic models, and reporting frameworks.
- Translate commercial objectives into KPIs, metrics, executive reports, and decision-support tools.
- Partner with IT and Data Engineering to optimize data architecture for analytics, reporting, and AI readiness.
- Establish best practices for data modeling, performance, security, quality, and report development.
- Lead AI-enabled analytics and automation initiatives while mentoring analysts and promoting analytical excellence.
Requirements
- Expert-level Power BI experience, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, semantic models, governance, and performance optimization.
- Deep knowledge of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, enterprise data architecture, and modern BI platforms.
- Experience building enterprise analytics ecosystems supporting governance, self-service reporting, and AI-enabled insights.
- Strong understanding of commercial and sales performance metrics, forecasting, pipeline management, revenue analytics, and executive reporting.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business, or a related field, plus 7+ years of relevant experience and 5+ years of advanced Power BI development in enterprise environments.
