hirify.global is recruiting for a client running a specialty meat shop with a strong social media presence and a growing e-commerce store.

What you will do

• Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta and TikTok to drive growth and leads.
• Optimize the customer journey from social media platforms through Linktree to the Shopify store.
• Implement and manage email and SMS marketing systems to capture and organize customer data.
• Expand and engage the brand's audience on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Develop funnels for both physical product sales and educational content.
• Identify and explore growth opportunities on emerging channels such as YouTube.

Requirements

• Proven experience running Meta and TikTok ad campaigns for lead generation.
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, specifically Shopify.
• Strong understanding of funnel-building and link-in-bio tools (e.g., Linktree).
• Proficiency with Canva and CapCut for light content editing and posting.
• Must be based in the Philippines or South Africa.
• Ability to work with flexible, asynchronous communication and non-traditional hours.

Nice to have

• Experience setting up email/SMS marketing tools like Klaviyo.
• iPhone user for seamless content and communication sharing.
