What you will do

• Optimize and schedule content across social media platforms using monthly calendars.
• Curate the digital community by monitoring and responding to comments and messages.
• Create engaging visual content including tiles, animations, carousels, and videos.
• Collaborate with the Associate Director of Communications to implement campaign themes.
• Track analytics and performance metrics to inform and improve communication strategies.
• Manage day-to-day operations and serve as the point of contact for digital software vendors.

Requirements

• Must be based in NY, PA, NJ, OK, KC, CA, WA, RI, CT, or MA.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital media.
• Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut.
• Experience with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite.
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
