What you will do

• Perform quality checks on diamonds and jewellery, verifying specifications and identifying manufacturing defects.
• Manage the end-to-end flow of shipments, including receiving, dispatching, and tracking via major carriers.
• Liaise with local suppliers and internal teams to resolve shipping discrepancies and order queries.
• Hand-deliver items to local customers and collect stock from suppliers as required.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within the hirify.global system.
• Support daily office operations and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of diamond and/or jewellery quality control experience.
• Experience managing stock or inventory of high-value products.
• Strong understanding of jewellery craftsmanship, stone setting, and metal types.
• Familiarity with logistics carriers like Brinks, FedEx, and UPS.
• High level of attention to detail, honesty, and professional integrity.
• Must be based in Hong Kong.
