What you will do

• Track key quality KPIs weekly including Amazon return rates, customer feedback, and FBA data.
• Identify patterns indicating manufacturing issues and audit fabric quality and packaging compliance.
• Collaborate directly with factory QC teams and production managers to implement corrective actions.
• Review and approve inspection reports from third-party QC agencies.
• Ensure all products meet Amazon listing specifications, safety requirements, and labeling rules.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or quality management.
• Hands-on knowledge of manufacturing quality standards in categories like textiles, mattress toppers, or consumer goods.
• Experience with product sampling, inspection processes, and third-party agencies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret defect reports and performance metrics.
• English: B2+ proficiency required for communication and action planning.
• Ability to manage multiple quality topics cross-functionally with sourcing and operations teams.
