TL;DR

Salary: $182,000 – $242,000

What you will do

  • Define and own the PeopleTech product vision, strategy, and roadmap across core platforms including HRIS, ATS, L&D, and Compensation.
  • Lead end-to-end product delivery from discovery and requirements to launch and adoption for enterprise systems.
  • Drive lifecycle automation for onboarding, offboarding, and payroll data flows using modern integration platforms like Workato and APIs.
  • Partner with HRIS and Systems Engineering to implement secure, reliable integrations across Workday and Greenhouse.
  • Establish telemetry, monitoring, and operational playbooks for PeopleTech data syncs and downstream feeds.
  • Collaborate with Security and Compliance to design pragmatic controls and support quarterly audit evidence.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of product management experience in enterprise applications or PeopleTech/HR Technology.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS and ATS domains (HCM, advanced compensation, benefits/payroll).
  • Strong technical acumen with APIs/REST, event-driven patterns, and data mapping.
  • Experience collaborating with HR, Finance, IT, and Security on data governance and SOX compliance.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies using tools such as Jira or Asana.
  • Must be a U.S. person or eligible to access export-controlled information.

Nice to have

  • Workday certifications or deep experience with Studio, EIB, RaaS, and Cloud Connect.
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered capabilities and agentic workflows to improve HR and manager experiences.
  • Exposure to collaboration stacks (Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft 365) and GRC/compliance tooling.
