What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain in-house software applications.
• Collaborate with leadership, development, and product teams to build technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure system stability.
• Participate in code reviews and implement software development best practices.
• Identify and implement opportunities to optimize performance and scalability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience building web applications with Python and Django.
• Deep understanding of Django REST Framework (DRF), database migrations, and ORM optimizations.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), specifically GKE, Cloud SQL, and Cloud Build.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and automated deployments via ArgoCD.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be based in Brisbane, QLD for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Experience in developing AI chatbots and AI-guided workflows.
• Genuine interest in PropTech and property data analytics.
