What you will do

• Develop and maintain enterprise applications following the full software development lifecycle.
• Deliver end-to-end features within a Scrum team, balancing technical excellence with business outcomes.
• Contribute to solution design and architecture for complex problems and produce technical documentation.
• Review code and designs to drive continuous improvement in performance, reliability, and developer experience.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis with minimal guidance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior staff and contribute to hiring activities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant commercial development experience.
• Experience implementing microservices, distributed architecture, and RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Python.
• Experience with modern database design, cloud infrastructure, and security principles.
• Must have valid work authorization for Australia; sponsorship is not available.
