Salary: $170,000 – $200,000

What you will do

• Design and implement RF systems for spacecraft payloads and ground monitoring infrastructure.
• Perform 3D EM simulations and RF circuit tuning to meet high-accuracy PNT requirements.
• Analyze and interpret RF test data to assess performance against design specifications.
• Lead project development schedules from initial concept through to final product delivery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners to achieve project goals.
• Travel as needed to support off-site testing events.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual.
• 3–5 years of professional RF engineering experience.
• Proven experience with RF PCB and/or antenna design.
• Hands-on experience with RF test equipment and calibration procedures.
• Familiarity with ECAD tools like Altium and simulation tools like Ansys HFSS or Keysight ADS.
• Experience leading direct reports or small technical teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with space RF electronics and understanding of multipaction phenomena.
• Specific knowledge or experience with GNSS systems.
• Experience implementing passive or active RF sub-systems.
