Senior Product Manager (AI)

TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (AI): Leading the strategy and development of AI-enabled internal product platforms to transform the product development lifecycle with an accent on intelligent workflows and AI-driven automation. Focus on reducing operational friction, improving developer productivity, and integrating LLM-powered capabilities into internal systems.

Location: Hybrid (requires 3 days/week in Boston office). Fully remote candidates will not be considered.

What you will do

• Define the product strategy for AI-enabled internal platforms supporting the full product development lifecycle.
• Reimagine workflows from planning to measurement using AI copilots and integrated tooling.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and deliver AI-driven solutions to improve productivity.
• Partner with engineering, infrastructure, and data teams to build scalable internal systems.
• Implement AI capabilities for project coordination, automated documentation, and experimentation analysis.
• Drive adoption and establish best practices for AI-assisted product development across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with internal platforms, developer tools, or AI-enabled products.
• Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle, including planning, release management, and measurement.
• Experience evaluating or implementing AI-driven tooling, automation, or copilots.
• Ability to align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, and GTM teams.
• Systems-thinking mindset to connect workflows, tools, and data across an organization.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Boston office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-growth SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with LLM-powered products, prompt workflows, or AI orchestration systems.
• Background in engineering, technical product management, or data platforms.
• Experience driving AI adoption and change management within technical organizations.
