What you will do

• Lead technical expansion and cross-sell strategies for Global 2000 accounts, focusing on DXP components adoption.
• Architect integrated, multi-product solutions incorporating CMS (Drupal), Marketing Cloud, and Personalization tools.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor for C-level executives (CIO, CTO, CMO) on digital strategy and cloud adoption.
• Align complex technical architectures with quantifiable business outcomes and ROI for stakeholders.
• Mentor the global Solutions Engineering team and synthesize client insights to influence the product roadmap.
• Design and execute high-impact custom demonstrations and Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs).

Requirements

• Must be based in Japan
• 8+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Consulting.
• Deep technical expertise in Digital Experience Platforms (DXP) and core CMS (Drupal is a strong plus).
• Expert knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, and API strategy.
• Proven ability to lead strategic commercial discussions and align technical solutions with financial outcomes.
• Exceptional executive-level presentation and negotiation skills.

• Experience working within a named global or strategic account program.
• Hands-on ability to build technical prototypes using a major programming language.
• Published thought leadership content or experience presenting at major industry conferences.
