What you will do

• Drive the development of GenAI-powered solutions, including AI agents and RAG systems.
• Own the solution architecture and guide projects from the discovery phase to production.
• Lead client technical relationships, decomposing ambiguous requirements into technical components.
• Develop scoped, phased delivery plans, including cost estimation and cloud architecture optimization.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers across distributed, multicultural teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building and running production systems (not just POCs).
• Strong Python proficiency with a focus on OOP, design patterns, and clean architecture.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock) and building/optimizing RAG systems.
• Expertise in AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, ECS) and containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience building RESTful APIs with FastAPI, Django REST, or Flask.
• English: B2+ level required for effective collaboration with distributed teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Streamlit or Gradio for AI prototyping.
• Proficiency with modern Python tooling such as ruff, uv, and pyright.
• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
• Knowledge of additional languages like Go, Node.js, or Rust.
• Frontend experience with React or Vue.
