What you will do

• Design and build scalable systems powering intelligent workflows, conversational experiences, and tool integrations.
• Develop foundational platform capabilities and customer-facing features for highly-configurable AI agents.
• Evaluate business and architectural trade-offs to determine the best technical approach for complex product challenges.
• Act as a technical leader and mentor, driving engineering quality and decision-making across the team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and data science teams to ship high-quality systems.
• Prioritize reliability, scalability, and customer impact in all deployed solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a software engineering role.
• Strong experience developing end-to-end software solutions across both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Proven track record of building scalable, customer-facing systems in fast-moving product environments.
• Practical experience experimenting with LLMs, AI tooling, or agentic workflows.
• Experience leading projects and being accountable for technical and business outcomes.
• Strong product mindset with the ability to solve ambiguous problems with urgency and pragmatism.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Python and React.
• Experience building conversational AI systems, workflow engines, or agentic platforms.
• Experience with retrieval systems, embeddings, or LLM orchestration patterns.
• Experience building cloud-native solutions, ideally with AWS.
• Familiarity with observability, tracing, and AI quality evaluation tooling.
