What you will do

• Monitor and qualify strategic opportunities (SBIR/STTR, BAA, CSO, OTA, etc.) and maintain a growth pipeline.
• Lead the end-to-end proposal development process, coordinating with engineering and product teams to ensure compliant submissions.
• Create technical volumes, white papers, Quad charts, and Concepts of Operation (CONOPS).
• Translate technical capabilities into mission-relevant use cases and customer-driven value propositions.
• Support executive leadership in preparing and delivering briefings to senior military and congressional stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with government stakeholders, operators, and strategic partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Government, Political Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in government proposal development or capture management.
• Direct experience developing and submitting SBIR/STTR proposals and working with DoD innovation pathways.
• Proof of U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residence (required for ITAR/EAR compliance).
• Strong technical writing, editing, and presentation development skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Military Science & Technology (S&T) or DoD G-8 experience.
• Experience with agencies such as SOCOM, Army Futures Command, DIU, CDAO, DARPA, DEVCOM, AFWERX, or NavalX.
• Knowledge of PPBE processes and defense acquisition pathways.
• Experience in defense technology, unmanned systems, robotics, autonomy, or AI-enabled systems.
• Active security clearance.
