What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for site management and monitoring quality concerns, including oversight of site performance improvement plans.
- Represent the Clinical and SSU functions in sponsor calls, providing critical updates on clinical deliverables.
- Oversee the quality of clinical and central monitoring deliverables using dashboards and reporting tools.
- Track clinical operations metrics, including data entry timelines, protocol deviations, and monitoring visit reports.
- Ensure a state of audit readiness for both the company and clinical sites, responding to findings and supporting remediation.
- Escalate performance concerns, data breaches, or scientific misconduct through established reporting channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a clinical, biological, scientific, or health-related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Clinical Lead.
- Required Therapeutic Area: Oncology.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to motivate team members and sites.
- Working knowledge of clinical financials, including budgets and resource management.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
