What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for site management and monitoring quality concerns, including oversight of site performance improvement plans.
• Represent the Clinical and SSU functions in sponsor calls, providing critical updates on clinical deliverables.
• Oversee the quality of clinical and central monitoring deliverables using dashboards and reporting tools.
• Track clinical operations metrics, including data entry timelines, protocol deviations, and monitoring visit reports.
• Ensure a state of audit readiness for both the company and clinical sites, responding to findings and supporting remediation.
• Escalate performance concerns, data breaches, or scientific misconduct through established reporting channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical, biological, scientific, or health-related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Clinical Lead.
• Required Therapeutic Area: Oncology.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to motivate team members and sites.
• Working knowledge of clinical financials, including budgets and resource management.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
