Director, Image Analysis & RPT (Medical Imaging)

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates in AZ, CT, DE, FL, GA, IL, MA, MO, NH, NJ, NC, PA, UT, and VA are preferred.

Salary: $148,067–$211,523 annual base salary.

What you will do

• Lead scientific strategy for imaging-driven clinical trials, with emphasis on radiopharmaceutical therapy, PET/SPECT, and MRI.
• Provide expert guidance on analysis design, modelling, results interpretation, quantitative image analysis, and dosimetry.
• Own end-to-end image analysis data delivery across programs, ensuring consistent, high-quality outputs and regulatory readiness.
• Define standards, SOPs, quality frameworks, and delivery models for the Image Analysis function.
• Serve as the primary scientific and delivery contact for sponsors and other external stakeholders.
• Lead resource allocation, governance, risk resolution, and operational improvement across the portfolio.

Requirements

• Significant experience in academic or industrial instrumentation and image-processing environments.
• Demonstrable experience in image analysis, particularly modelling and dosimetry techniques.
• Strong knowledge of nuclear medicine imaging, medical imaging, or clinical development in the life sciences industry.
• Proven line-management and leadership experience in a comparable role, including management of globally distributed, multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor’s degree, medical degree, or PhD in a quantitative field such as nuclear medicine, physics, biophysics, or biomedical engineering, or equivalent project-related experience.
• Fluent English required.
