Salary: $148,067 – $211,523

What you will do

• Act as the functional scientific authority for imaging and quantitative analysis methodologies, particularly in Radiopharmaceutical Therapy.
• Serve as the senior external scientific interface for sponsors, providing critical guidance on analysis design and results interpretation.
• Oversee the development of quantitative image analysis and dosimetry workflows to ensure scientific rigor and regulatory readiness.
• Lead and shape a high-performing global Image Analysis function, providing line management and coaching to Managers and Scientists.
• Define and enforce SOPs, quality frameworks, and delivery models to ensure consistent, high-quality data delivery.
• Manage complex budgets and resource allocation aligned with business strategy and growth.

Requirements

• Significant experience in academic or industrial instrumentation and image processing environments.
• Deep expertise in image analysis, specifically focused on modelling and dosimetry techniques.
• Proven line management and leadership ability in a similar Director-level role.
• Solid experience in medical imaging or clinical development within the life sciences industry.
• Bachelor's, Medical degree, or PhD in a quantitative field (e.g., nuclear medicine, physics, biophysics, or biomedical engineering).
• English: Fluent (C1).
