What you will do

• Design and produce high-quality assets for web, email, presentations, campaigns, and internal communications.
• Maintain strict adherence to established brand guidelines and ensure accessibility compliance.
• Partner with marketing, content, and creative stakeholders to translate briefs into polished deliverables.
• Adapt existing templates and design systems for various marketing materials.
• Manage multiple deliverables simultaneously with strong prioritization and timely execution.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of professional experience in graphic and digital design with a strong portfolio.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proven experience designing for digital platforms with an understanding of usability and performance.
• Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
• Must be eligible for W2 employment.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Figma.
• Familiarity with WCAG/accessibility standards in visual design.
• In-house marketing or enterprise brand experience.
• Experience supporting distributed or offshore teams.
