What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design vision for commerce, membership, and digital ecosystem experiences to align user needs with business objectives.
• Partner with executive leadership to define strategy and prioritize global eCommerce and subscription initiatives.
• Build and mentor a high-performing, distributed product design organization, fostering a culture of craft excellence.
• Establish scalable design systems and operational processes to support global product expansion.
• Drive product optimization using A/B testing, user research, and both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Champion innovation in emerging technologies, specifically AI-driven and personalized interaction models.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in product design (UX/UI) within global, consumer-facing digital or eCommerce organizations.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven track record of designing and scaling high-traffic eCommerce or DTC platforms with international reach.
• Deep expertise in design strategy, systems thinking, and enterprise-level design operations.
• Hands-on proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Experience leading distributed, cross-cultural design teams across multiple geographies.
