What you will do

• Travel to patient homes to provide diagnostic and preventative care services.
• Perform phlebotomy, specimen collection, ECGs, and other clinical tasks.
• Use mobile technology for charting and HIPAA-secure care coordination.
• Ensure proper labeling and coordination of sample drop-offs to labs.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, compassion, and patient comfort.
• Manage daily supplies and PPE to ensure readiness for patient appointments.

Requirements

• Valid clinical license or national certification required for the role.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
• Valid Driver’s License and current vehicle insurance for travel to patient homes.
• Proof of vaccination/immunity for COVID-19, MMR, Hep B, Varicella, TB, Influenza, and TDaP.
• Ability to physically navigate patient homes, including climbing stairs and carrying up to 20 pounds.
• Must pass national background and DMV checks.
