What you will do

• Act as the professional point of contact for unannounced MAC field inspections and escort inspectors through the facility.
• Ensure facility readiness, verify utilities and equipment functionality, and maintain visible business signage.
• Maintain strict physical HIPAA compliance and manage the Readiness Binder (licenses, lease, 855B application).
• Facilitate patient enrollment into the RTM portal and maintain engagement via daily calls and texts.
• Collect and document patient medical histories, health status, and evolving symptoms.
• Provide patients with evidence-based health support resources, including exercise and meditation content.

Requirements

• Nationally certified Medical Assistant holding the CMA (AAMA) credential (firm requirement).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical office or remote care setting.
• Must be based in Phoenix, AZ for mandatory on-site presence.
• Proficiency with Zoom, Slack, and online patient enrollment platforms.
• Own laptop with a working microphone, camera, and reliable internet connection.
• Strong commitment to HIPAA compliance and patient privacy.

Nice to have

• Experience in Orthopedics, Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine, Sports Medicine, or Neurology.
• Background in healthcare administration, clinic operations, or front-desk management.
