What you will do

  • Administer methadone as prescribed by the Medical Director or Clinic Physician.
  • Evaluate and assess new and current patients to determine treatment appropriateness.
  • Maintain precise patient dosing records and perform medication inventory reconciliation.
  • Collect urine specimens, monitor physicals, and track laboratory results.
  • Train new nursing staff and implement quality health standards across the clinic.
  • Ensure the treatment center consistently meets all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Requirements

  • Licensed as RN (preferred) or LPN/LVN in the state of Tennessee.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Knowledge of dosing equipment, centrifuge, physical assessment tools, and breathalyzers.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Professional experience in chemical addiction treatment.
