What you will do

• Lead a team of product marketers to craft unified positioning and messaging for hirify.global Marketing, spanning AI, omnichannel automation, and the full channel suite.
• Partner with Product Managers and GTM teams to shape the product roadmap, particularly for AI agent capabilities.
• Establish the company as a B2C marketing thought leader by developing a strong POV on autonomous AI marketing.
• Launch innovative products and features, including agentic AI that autonomously builds campaigns and strategies.
• Build core sales and marketing assets, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and enablement trainings.
• Support Sales teams in strategic deals through deep product expertise and B2C use case understanding.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing roles.
• 5+ years of experience directly managing and coaching individual contributors.
• Strong AI-forward perspective with a track record of using AI workflows to scale output.
• Ability to manage a broad product portfolio and connect technical features to business value for various audience segments.
• Proven experience in creating differentiated positioning and messaging in crowded markets.
• Must be based in the United States.
