What you will do

• Own strategic customer engagements end-to-end, partnering with Sales and coordinating with Customer Success and Partner teams.
• Shape Statements of Work (SOWs) with clear scope, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Lead key technical phases of enterprise implementations, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and aligned to outcomes.
• Act as a subject-matter expert across the hirify.global platform and martech ecosystem (data models, integrations, Email/SMS, CDP use cases).
• Drive repeatable and scalable solutions by identifying patterns, codifying best practices, and contributing to internal process improvements.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues with urgency and precision, and design/prototype tailored scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years in SaaS Professional Services, implementation, solution consulting, or similar customer-facing technical roles, with a track record leading enterprise-level projects.
• Hands-on experience with modern web development languages/frameworks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and general-purpose programming languages (e.g., Node, Python), with ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Strong martech and CDP knowledge, including Email and SMS/Mobile, and how to leverage a CDP for advanced use cases.
• Demonstrated familiarity with APIs and webhooks, and experience integrating SaaS platforms into complex enterprise stacks.
• Experience acting as a technical advisor/architect for complex implementations, especially in martech, CDP, or B2C CRM contexts.
• Comfort working with multiple stakeholders in complex, often global environments.
