What you will do

• Design and price derivatives, structured financing solutions, and bespoke investment products for Latin American markets.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand client financial needs and develop innovative product structures.
• Work alongside trading desks to ensure solutions are structured effectively from a risk/reward perspective.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including legal, accounting, operations, and tax to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Project-manage complex transactions through internal committees to successful execution.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Fixed Income Structuring, Sales, or Trading at an international bank.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Bachelor or Master degree in quantitative fields such as Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or Economics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas simply.
• Must be based in New York City.
