• Ensure a reliable connection between fund administration and tax products to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Manage and develop a team of tax professionals serving hirify.global’s client base.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support business growth and improve delivery processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of applicable tax experience.
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and drive progress forward.
• In-depth knowledge of venture capital and/or private equity, including client pressures and priorities.
• Self-starter who identifies potential issues early and mitigates them before they surface.
• Organized and calm under pressure while managing competing demands.
