Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Maple Plain, MN (Hybrid: On-site Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). Role restricted to U.S. Citizens, permanent residents, or refugees/asylees due to ITAR regulations.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable business applications for finance and procurement.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to engineers of all levels.
• Influence technical strategy and align development efforts with company goals.
• Establish and maintain high standards for software quality, testing, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, product managers, and architects.
• Participate in peer reviews and resolve complex technical application problems.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen, permanent resident, or have refugee/asylee status (ITAR compliance).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep experience with ERP ecosystems, specifically Microsoft AX and Dynamics 365.
• Proven track record of mentoring engineers and providing technical work direction.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD strategies and automated testing frameworks.
• History of leading technical initiatives and driving process improvements.
