What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of middleware services for Genesys Cloud IVR.
• Architect cloud-native, serverless, and event-driven solutions on AWS.
• Develop scalable APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Utilize AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Aurora, and Fargate.
• Provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on with development tasks.
• Collaborate with IVR, cloud, and business teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead while actively coding.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Deep knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, Aurora, Fargate).
• Experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies including Angular or React.
• Strong understanding of API security protocols such as OAuth and JWT.

Nice to have

• Experience with Genesys Cloud APIs and IVR integration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for middleware deployment.
• Understanding of security best practices for API and cloud integrations.
