What you will do

• Provide PC hardware and software support for corporate assets at the facility.
• Perform operating system support, security patching, and updates.
• Assist with network and server equipment installation and basic troubleshooting.
• Conduct root cause analysis on factory floor computing issues.
• Manage non-standard account administration in Active Directory.
• Collaborate with 3rd party vendors and internal infrastructure teams on site-specific projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 7+ years of relevant IT experience.
• Strong background in PC hardware/software and backend infrastructure (server, storage, database, network).
• Must be able to work onsite five days a week in Mapleton, Illinois.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in an engine castings foundry environment.
• Network+ or Microsoft Server and Client certifications.
• Understanding of Enterprise and Technical Architecture.
