What you will do

• Implement and support demand and supply planning products for enterprise clients.
• Resolve customer issues, validate end-to-end workflows, and ensure system uptime.
• Configure and deploy solutions by translating business logic into technical platform designs.
• Maintain, debug, and enhance planning use cases post-go-live.
• Conduct periodic customer reviews to collect feedback and influence the product roadmap.
• Mentor junior analysts and consultants on technical and functional best practices.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a foreign equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in implementing and supporting demand and supply planning products.
• Proficiency in R and Python for functional testing, debugging, and data analysis.
• Experience with SQL Server and MySQL databases.
• Expertise in data visualization tools including Tableau or Power BI.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
