What you will do

• Develop and deploy high-fidelity simulation models for new and existing material-handling technologies.
• Create and maintain sizing tools for individual solution components.
• Design, test, and document control strategies and high-level business logic for complex systems.
• Communicate simulation study outcomes to global R&D and project execution teams.
• Lead internal and external simulation resources to ensure project success.
• Drive continuous improvement of simulation models and development workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Siemens' Plant Simulation environment.
• Strong software development skills in Python, Java, C, or C#.
• Experience with Git and automated testing practices.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and oral).
• Proven experience in simulation project execution and team leadership.
