What you will do

• Partner with Account Managers to lead technical discovery, demos, and proof-of-concept deployments.
• Guide customers and partners through architecture reviews, system design, and troubleshooting of robotic performance.
• Support AI and robotics workflows, including data collection, model training, and sim-to-real integration.
• Develop technical content, playbooks, and certification materials to enable partners and resellers.
• Provide critical field feedback to product and engineering teams to drive feature improvements.
• Represent the company at industry events and partner summits to grow the regional ecosystem.

Requirements

• Must be local to the Bay Area, CA (no relocation provided).
• Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (Field Applications, Pre-Sales, or TAM) in robotics or automation.
• Hands-on experience with ROS/ROS2 for robot application development.
• Proficiency in Python and ability to design/integrate perception and AI inference pipelines.
• Ability to travel within the Bay Area and occasionally nationally.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global (UR) or Mobile Industrial Robots (MiR).
• Familiarity with NVIDIA Isaac Sim, Isaac Lab, or edge AI frameworks like TensorRT/PyTorch.
• Knowledge of robot training data pipelines and teleoperation workflows.
• Experience with Salesforce and commercial deal processes.
