What you will do

• Provide domain knowledge to support daily product operations and development.
• Act as a liaison between clients and the development team to guide product decisions.
• Prioritize feature requests and bug fixes in collaboration with global and regional support teams.
• Provide technical support to the sales group during the pre-sales process.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 25% to support mining operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 3+ years of domain knowledge in the mining industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze technical situations and propose practical solutions.
• Ability to act autonomously with strong decision-making skills.
• Must be able to work onsite in Tucson, Arizona.
