What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise BI solutions using both Power BI and MicroStrategy.
• Create and support dashboards, reports, dossiers, scorecards, and analytical applications across multiple BI platforms.
• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
• Design and optimize semantic layers, data models, hierarchies, metrics, attributes, and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain calculations, measures, and business logic in Power BI and MicroStrategy.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing BI solutions, semantic models, and reporting performance; collaborate with data engineering on data quality and governance.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Brazil or any LatAm country.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Visualization roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with both Power BI and MicroStrategy development and administration.
• Advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query, semantic layer design, and data modeling concepts.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or other cloud-based analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of data integration, ETL, and data pipeline development.
• Experience with enterprise-scale BI migrations, modernization, or platform optimization.
• Previous consulting or professional services experience.
• Experience supporting multiple BI platforms and enterprise reporting ecosystems.
