What you will do

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau and Snowflake to drive data-driven decisions.
• Lead hypothesis testing, A/B testing, regression analysis, and forecasting for product and marketing strategy.
• Develop SQL/Python automation and workflow tools using Airflow and dbt to monitor data quality.
• Analyze customer acquisition, retention, and user experience within subscription-based models.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams to align business needs with data initiatives.
• Translate complex data into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 4+ years in data analytics, with at least 2 years providing technical guidance to teams.
• Proven experience in an e-commerce environment, preferably with subscription-based models.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, and Python or R.
• Expertise in advanced analytics and statistical methods.
• Must be located in and authorized to work in Mexico.

Nice to have

• Experience with machine learning and experimental design.
• Deep knowledge of e-commerce KPIs and personalization.
