What you will do

• Architect scalable end-to-end data pipelines and modern lakehouse architectures across heterogeneous systems.
• Design and implement robust ETL/ELT frameworks and maintain enterprise-grade data platforms.
• Develop high-quality dashboards and self-service reporting using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
• Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams to translate business priorities into technical solutions.
• Establish data governance, standards, and Row-Level Security (RLS) for enterprise analytics.
• Provide deep-dive analytical support and recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL, and Python.
• Proven experience architecting complex enterprise data pipelines and modern cloud data architecture (medallion/lakehouse).
• Strong business analysis skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational datasets.
• Experience working within complex, matrixed, and transformation-focused organizations.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from London, UK.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP platforms (Workday, Dynamics, Maconomy, SAP).
• Knowledge of Azure cloud services and ecosystem architecture.
• Certifications in cloud, analytics, or data platforms.
• Experience in data collection design and master data management.
